Refunds 

KCTCS Online offers a variety of classes with different start and end dates for your convenience.  With this in mind, the time frame for tuition refunds is reduced.  In order to receive a 100% tuition refund, a student must officially withdraw prior to the first day of class.  Students that drop on the first day class or thereafter are still subject to the tuition rates set by the KCTCS Board of Regents.  As you register for classes you are subject to the guidelines set forth in the Learning Contract.

If you drop prior to the first day of class and have paid in full, then any residual funds will refunded back to via the method of payment used.  KCTCS processes refunds each Wednesday evening starting at 6 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) (unless noted by the calendar).
